Placed an "international order" to Ontario Canada and 11 days later receive a phone call that they had to confirm my address. Why couldn't that have been done when the order was placed? They are insistent that they called but no record of the call on my phone and funny that the second time they called they left a message. Customer service said yesterday that they made a mistake and didnt call but today the supervisor was insistent that they did. I HATE being lied to. As a diamond member of Hilton I am very disappointed- shocking service. Now I have to go and buy sheets to put on our king sized bed being delivered tomorrow because we have no sheets and duvet to put on the new bed as our old was a queen size. 1 star Hilton- very disappointed.
